The pricing and idea seem appealing, but the execution is lacking and customer support is totally unresponsive. The rank tracker is doing its job decently, but the keyword lab and planner? Not so much, and the backlink monitor is just laughable. The keyword planner only displays a small portion of what other tools show, with many keywords not matching the chosen language and lacking search volume data. The first page is okay, but the second page? It’s a complete blank. As for the backlink monitor, it might show one or two links, while other tools like Semrush and Ahrefs can find 20-30. And don’t even get me started on the spam rating; it’s not reliable at all. Links from universities are marked as 9/10 or 10/10 spam, while Moz gives them a score of around 1%.

A standout aspect of this tool is its ability to perform batch analysis. With this feature, I can quickly see how I'm doing and keep tabs on my organic rankings.

The service was decent until a fire broke out in their data center last week, resulting in the loss of every single one of my keywords and all the SERP history. Mistakes can occur, but if there's no solid backup plan in place, something's bound to go awry eventually. I've switched back to a rival service. It's a bummer it didn't pan out, but I hope they take this as a lesson and improve.
